Dr. Uday Kumar Sahu

We went to doctor for our child,s fever and cough. Doctor Uday diagnose the issue immediately and explained us in detail. He is really friendly and give full time and listen all the issues patiently. He prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup and that works immediately. Doctor’s analysis is really good and and he immediately figured out it is bacterial infection and needs antibiotics to treat it. I would really recommend Dr Uday for any child health issues.

My Son is 3 months old, since few days he is not able to take milk properly and crying most of the time when i try to feed him. We visited various hospitals like Fernandez, Rainbow but none of the doctors there were able to identify the issue.

Very rarely we will see doctors spending time with patients but Dr Uday is an exception he spent 30 mins with us and he went through each and every details of my son to get a better understanding of the issue.

Dr Uday thoroughly checked my son and confirmed my son has mild infection in the stomach which is causing him discomfort while taking milk. Dr Uday suggested few medicines for 5 days and assured us that he will take milk from the 2nd dose of medicine and to our surprise my son started taking milk from the 2nd dose of medicine. We could see lot of improvement in my son within 5 days and now my son is able to take milk without any issues.

Went for my new born daughter treatment for jaundice, earlier I was treated with one of the top hospital in Hyderabad and as the new born got effected with jaundice they asked for several blood tests daily for new born and to go for phototherapy which I really disliked and preferred Dr Uday sir which he clinically tested and treated without any blood tests and medicines.And he even explained the issue and treatment.This shows his expertise *** ********* ** ************

I have a long association with Dr Uday Kumar Sahu, since his early days at Image hospitals. My elder daughter had breathing issues along with unexplained fever and we could get immediate relief just after the single visit. We are back in Hyderabad after 8 long years at Gurgaon and surprisingly we got to Dr Uday Kumar Sahu, not knowing he is the one. He has been extremely good at building bond with small kids and spends quality time both with the kids as well as the accompanying parent. So far, i did not feel like visiting him for review within a week. He is really good.

First look ambience is pleasant and kid friendly.

Doctor is really calm, a great listener and personable. Explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Helped me to understand and wave off all the wrong notions I had in my mind. Makes sure you and him are on the same page and comfortable. He is not just somebody who would pen down list of medicines. Prescribes only if absolutely necessary.Great experience as a first timer.Couldn’t have asked for a better Paediatrician. Thank you!

Went to this doctor after reading many positive reviews here in Practo, but in our case it turned out to be a negative one. First of all the doctor does not take payments for vaccination through credit cards, he only accepts cash. Secondly, he started preaching the parents for not maintaining a single file for the baby with out listening or understanding out side of the story. We have recently relocated here in Hyderabad and so we have 2 files. ******** *** *** ** ******** * ** ***** *** ****** *** ****** *** **** * ************** He shouted on the baby for crying, while administering the vaccines, he asked us to hold the baby's hands and feet, he did not have any nurse or help in his chamber. Once the vaccines were given, the site was bleeding and the doctor denined us even a single piece of cotton to stop the blood. Not professional behavior **** ** *********** ************* Overall, I am never going back to Dr. Sahu again nor would I recommend any parent to do so.

Visited Dr Sahu's clinic again yesterday to get treatment for my child's skin problem. We were explained both cause and treatment method plus do's and don'ts. Came out highly satisfied.

Have been visiting Dr Sahu's clinic for the past 13 years. Both my kids have undergone treatment for a variety of health issues. From experience, *** ****** ** ****** ************** treatment method is not harsh and can be fully trusted. ******* ********* ** the most important part in quick healing and that is what we got here every time.

Visiting Dr.Uday sir since 17 years for my son and daughter. Today many of my family members (at-least 10 kids) visiting him for vaccinations and for treatments. My nephew for his son contacts Dr.Uday for any kind of medical issues online from Canada.

All this years most of the times I have visited only once for one issue, he never give a chance for second visit.

He also suggested me home remedies many times, especially for new born babies.

It is needless to say anything more about Dr.Uday except suggesting new patients not to hesitate to visit Dr.Uday.

We are missing Dr.Uday around Nallakunta these days, as taking kids to Kondapur from Nallakunta area when they are ill is difficult task for many. I am still visiting Dr.Uday at Sai Vani or Kondapur travelling all the way from Ramanthapur depending on the urgency.

Doctor was good listener. He listened our words patiently and gave us proper response. His diagnostic process was good and he is very friendly.

Though he was good in his treatment but his examples are not likely to be accepted. He was giving some nagative examples during the treatment. Parents may not like to here those words. We all know the ugly truth, no need to broadcast it to the patients. We also ask for some suggestions for baby foods but he initially avoid the question saying that he doesn't have cooking experience. Later we put the question in differently to know his viewpoint.
