Dr. Udai Prakash

It's abt the hospital waiting hr ,which had been tooooo long .Its not feasible keeping patients such long where as me a working woman or anyone in this busy life come over after taking appointment n thn here also we don't get appointment soon also .after a month we got n upontht reception say "u come on this time but still u need to wait "" these were her words on taking appointment .n when we reach hell really we had to wait for all procedure steps whole six hrs at hospital ,,, do u think this is in any way keeping patients such long .plus attitude of x-ray Technician's,---wait Madan stilll time long hr waiting there .A patient goes from hosp will try to avoid comming bck due to long hrs waiting .upon it seeing older patients waiting tht long it was really sad .The rates for x-rays r incredibly higher .

He clarified all doubts before my surgery. During my stay in the Udai Omni Hosptial, he and his team regularly visited me and encouraged me that helped me to recover quickly. Although my appointment was with Mr. Udai Prakash sir, however i just came for consultation and to check if my bone is fixed and i also wanted to confirm the date when i can get my rod removed from the leg. But due to 30 appointments today i was sent another doctor (i dint have any problem with that as i understand the situation) who addressed my query and was very hospitable..

I took appointment ten days prior for Dr uday prakash and visited omni hospital the day I had appointment, after waiting for 3 hour the nurse took me to a junior doctor where he checked my reports and again I waited 1 hour to see Dr uday prakash but the nurse took me to another junior doctor who prescribe some medication and left, when I ask the nurse why is some other doctor saw me instead of Dr uday , she said Dr is busy.

My question is I paid 800 rs to consult Dr uday prakash and waited for 10 days *** **** * ******* *** **** * **** ********* ****** ****** ***** **** ** *** ********** ****** ** **** ******* ****** **** **** ** ** **** ***** ** ******* ********* ******* **** **** **** *** **** ******************** ***** *** ******* ** *****

The ordeal started from the time the appointment was booked. We were on our way to meet the appointment timeline but were called from the hospital informing that there is an issue with the practo app and no appointment would be possible for the day. We reluctantly agreed to meet any junior doctor as the pain was more. After going there the receptionist readily gave us an appointment for Dr Udai for the same day. Our whole waiting experience was traumatic, there was no social distancing or insistence on wearing masks Although signages were put up, people could easily be without masks. The hospital is more keen on taking in more patients even at the cost of forgoing social distancing norms. Adding to this doctor cooly went for a meeting leaving the waiting room to be filled with patients. Not even a seat gap was left between patients with quite a few coughing. After a 4 hour wait we had to forgo our interest to meet Dr Udai and just consulted his junior staff and left.

Staff is very unprofessional, rude and they have to stop fighting amongst themselves and rather focus on patients. Dr. Uday says he has an expert who treats patients with backpain and his area of expertise is different. Why is he issuing the appointments to the patients who does not fall in his area of expertise when I already mentioned that I have a buldged disc? I don't deserve this after a wait time of more than 1 hour plus spending RS. 750. He has to make his system right rather than educating patients. I respect his professional experience but that doesn't give any right to offend a patient.

he gave appointment for 2.30 pm but saw the patient at 5.30 pm. we first waited for 2 hours outside his office then we were told to go to 5th floor and wait, where there is no seating area. orthopedic patients having bone, leg, joint pains are made to wait standing for an hour! pathetic!

He addressed my problem properly. Patiently listened to me first and then prescribed powerful medicines which are feasible to me and can effectively work on my problem. Apart from that he also suggested a set of precautions to be taken and advised me to meet the physiotherapist in the hospital to get a list daily exercises to be done which would help me to recover rapidly.

Before consulting Dr. Udai prakash I have contacted couple of orthopedic regarding ACL tear and experience with Dr. Udai prakash was very good, he explained slowly and clearly and made me understood about my ACL situation, pros and cons if ACL is not reconstructed.
