I was admitted under the care of Dr. Swaroop Chandra Sudanagunta with complications of atrophic non-union of the right humerus and post-traumatic stiffness of the right little finger. Around 10 months ago, I had undergone ORIF surgery in Vijayawada, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful and I did not receive proper care at that time. Since then, I continued to suffer from pain, deformity, and finger stiffness, which affected my daily life. Dr. Swaroop carefully reviewed my history, evaluated my condition thoroughly, and explained the treatment plan clearly, which gave me the confidence to proceed.

On 12/08/2025, I underwent bone grafting (iliac crest), implant removal, redo ORIF of the humerus shaft, and radial nerve decompression. The very next day, on 13/08/2025, I had a PIP joint adhesiolysis, contracture release, and capsular repair of the right little finger. Both surgeries were successfully performed by Dr. Swaroop, and thankfully my recovery in the hospital was smooth and uneventful.

During my stay, Dr. Swaroop and his team monitored me closely, ensured proper pain management, and provided comprehensive post-operative care including antibiotics, analgesics, fluids, and other supportive treatment. I experienced a noticeable reduction in pain and improvement in arm and finger mobility after the surgeries.
