I observed many doctors , they will be in rush to attend as many patients as they can as they are dealing with customers and they forget that the person who came isn’t a customer but a patient who needs a doctors proper guidance which many doctors fail to show. But at Doundes ent center I found the doctor who talks to patient with endurance and try to ask what he or she is suffering with.

I had a terrible experience. even after taking an appointment on phone for follow up ,in wasn't allowed toeat the doctor and it was very rude on their part to deny the patients after calling and visiting the clinic from distant places.only 30 appointments allowed for a day itseems. why don't they simply say the same on phone. they can book appointments on phone rather than ailing people wait in queues for hours and later denting to meet the doctor
