Dr. Sruthi Gondi

Overall the experience was really satisfactory and i was told that i was at second stage of male pattern baldness and my age is 19. I have 3 more Questions many doctors at other clinics said that one or two sessions of PRP is enough for satisfactory results and do not need 8 sessions but i got recommended for 8 sessions is there a specific reason for that?

2nd question: It is related to the first question it is said that as you keep doing the prp sessions your scalp gets used to the treatment and becomes tolerant towards the treatment hence the treatment becomes less effective over the time so I thought there should be greater gaps between each session then said [this is not only based on my opinion. It is also mentioned by other doctors about the tolerance and should have greater gaps between each session after completion of the treatment for the maintenance]. So my scalp wouldn’t grow tolerance that easily and at early to the treatment.

One final question: is it possible to not use minoxidil mintop 5% while taking the prp treatment because i do not wish to use it because i have heard from other dermatologists that if you keep using minoxidil for over 1-2 years then your scalp starts developing a resistance against minoxidil and it would stop working completely after a while because i would like to maintain my hair for at least next 10-15 years not just 2-3 years of course I would be taking maintenance sessions of prp every 5-6 months after the 8 sessions recommended to me. Would that work out?

I had taken an appointment for my wife to see Dr. Sruthi. She had a prior commitment, and we consulted her colleague, Dr. Sirisha.

Dr. Sirisha was ******* ******** **** pleasant disposition and had the patience to explain us the problem in details and advise the course of treatment. Its becoming bit rare these days to find doctors who have a a service orientation and are willing to allocate time to their patients. The best thing about the clinic is their ethical values where they don't try to push the patients to undertake costly procedures for the sake of their top line.

Another plus is the operational team of the Clinic which is headed by The Clinic Manager. Trust me guys, they are an absolute delight to deal with!

I strongly recommend this clinic and the Doctors there to anybody who is having any skin or hair related issues.

I definitely not recommend the Clinic and the doctor to anyone as they lack in professionalism.they need better staff for sure. I had visited the doctor and she asked me for biopsy and i was agreed to that. However for some reason on the day of biopsy the lab technician dint turn up and they asked me for jubliee hills branch but later i informed the barnch that its not feasible for me to go there and i m happy to give sample on any other day in kukatpally branch to which they agreed and told that be there at the clinic by 10 am and lab technician will be there. On the day of visit when i called at kukatpally branch they told me that technician will nt be here , i was surprised and called jubliee hills and the receptionist told me lab technician is there at kukatpally branch. I told her he is nt there so she said madam nt required you go and do biospy. I said last time when i visited for my biopsy it was nt done coz the technician was nt there so they wasted my 40 mins on call doing calls here and there putting me on hold and i was calling in both the clinics but no proper response at all and finally when I requested that i need to talk to Dr shruti to confirm if the biospy can be done or not she said ok let me first talk to dr shruti and later she called back to me n said Mam Dr shruti told that if u want to talk come to Clinic. I was shocked listening to the statement.Just to get the clarity on something i cant invest my time and money only to come n talk to a doctor which can be done over a call. I was highly disappointed and I m very happy that I changed my Doctor and moreover no biopsy was recommended by her. I m happy that i saved my money, time and my health is in good hands now.

A Year Back I Visited Shruti Mam for treating my Skin pigmentation for which she prescribed Chemical peeling consisting of 4 sittings of which the First three went fine but during the final sitting *** ** ***** *********** ** ******** it resulted ** * **** noticeable Burn beneath my Left eye. * ****** ***** ** **** ***** *** I sought her help she suggested some cream to alleviate the burn but it didn't help then i again got back to her to which both she and science of skin management responded bluntly with no concern at all. I went to have my skin treated but in return i was left with a noticeable burn beneath my left eye and also 10k amount spent *** ** ** ****

I was so confused where to go for my hairfall problem I went to so many clinic they suggested me prp and some other treatments but I was not confident because they were very expensive,but at last I ended up at science of skin felt very glad by seeing the way how she explained about the treatment and the cost is also very very reasonable I took 2 sessions till date very happy with results thank you Dr.sruthi for your great concern and thanks to her staff who explained very well about the treatment.....

Doctor is really kind * **************also has patience to listen keenly about patient problems.I really got the situation cured just within 3-4months.But remember one thing.. If anyone would like to take my advice,then continue the course without any break,or else you will suffer with it!!Thank you Doctor for your generous treatment and cure😊😊

I was suffering from post steroid cream withdraw skin darkness. Doc was very knowledgeable, she understood the problem. Explained her plan of action. We decided for 6 laser session and one chemical peel session. I got straight 50% off coz of there anniversary offer. I saw difference from very first laser session. Hoping to get great results further.

Main reason I went skin hospital, as I am having doubt that some marks on my face and on my skull is kind of dandruff or it a starting of psoriasis.. but I didn't get satisfied answer..

I will post my comments again.. as treatment is going on..

I can understand in COVID time doctors find difficult time to contact or touch patients..
