The appointment management at KIMS Kondapur is very bad. They should improve and should give realistic time based on Doctors operation schedule. This is second time I have faced such situation (previously for my Dads appointment). Called in morning 9:30am and took and appointment for 2pm. Reached at 1:45pm but doctor was busy with a procedure till 4pm. Wasted 2hour and upon continous enquiring with management staff only response we got was that Doc. is busy with a procedure.. They should consider the Doc. schedule and then only ask OPD patient to come. Rather then telling everyone to turn up at 2pm. They should definitely improve this.

For Doctor- He is just great!!! Patiently and with similing face he answered all my questions... Consulting with him put all my worries at rest.. and further he suggested a very practical explanation to my proble. He also decreased high dosage prescribed by my previous Doc. Though he must have been tired after a long procedure but very calmly and patiently he checked, verified and answered all questions. In end it seemed it was worth waiting for his advice and guidance...

I go to this doctor for my father's general heart check up ... he had stunt few years ago operated by shyam sir . Doctor is very patient in listening to us and he will give ample amount of his time for us to understand all our problems. Most importantly he will answer everything with a smile on his face and his smile is enough to reduce our fear and half pain .i dont wish anyone to visit any hospital and i wish all to be healthy but if the health is bad then i would strongly recommend shyam sir and i did it as well with many of our relatives and friends.

I booked an appointment for this doctor on 21st January but just 5 min before the appointment time the appointment got rescheduled and we were already at the clinic. The appointment was rescheduled to 24th January. Again the appointment got rescheduled to 28th January. On 28th January at 6:30 pm we got a call from clinic to come by 7 as doctor will be there by 7. When we reached clinic the receptionist took the payment and asked us to wait as the doctor is still on way and he will be here in sometime. After waiting for half hour we went and asked the receptionist about doctor but the receptionist told us it will take time and if we have any work nearby we can go and she will call us when the doctor will be here. So we left. At 8 pm again we got a call that doctor will be there by 8:30 pm and asked us to come by that time. When we reached the clinic at 8:35 pm the receptionist again said the doctor is still not here. Finally we got tired and asked for the refund of fees what we paid and left the clinic. The doctor lacks in punctuality who doesn’t care for the patients who are waiting to get treated. I would never visit this doctor again and would never recommend him to anyone else.

Doctor is very cordial and listened to my problems. OP billing staff & OP cordilogy staff are very cordial. Waiting period is negligible.

I have consulted Dr. Shyam Sundar Reddy P to discuss about my mom’s heart condition according to the abnormal ECG and X-Ray report. Though the wait time is a bit longer on the days I visit due to some unexpected emergency calls for the doctor, it’s worth of waiting.

He was a cool, generous and friendly doctor. He explained the health condition, medication and follow up treatment for my mom very clearly. I highly recommend this Cardiologist. Thank you so much once again for your consultation and the treatment.

**** ** *** ******* **** ****** Actually I have visited based on my general health checkup report, described as I have some cardiac issue and I should immediately meet some specialist for further treatment. But when I went to the Dr Shyam, by seeing that report and with some questions he confirmed that there isn't any issue with me. I am totally fine. He have conducted one test and the report also came perfectly. Though I have waited there for almost 2 hrs there because Dr was in emergency case but after meeting the Dr I didn't mind my waiting time. He is worth for money. I would highly recommend this Dr.
