When I planned to consult (Saturday) him I booked appointment at 5PM, I was on time and waiting for doctor. After 10min staff informed me that doctor will be late by 1hour as he was in mid of surgery.

I understood the situation and came back by 6PM.

He suggested to me take MRI scan and asked me to come on Monday.

Being a working professional I had to adjust my day and reached hospital on time with my reports on Monday 5.30pm. After waited for 30mins staff informed me that doctor cannot make it today and asked me to come next day 9am.

I really felt bad this time, I would have been more happier if they would have informed me this before my appointment time.I had to drive all the way from office with pain but of no use. And should bare this pain for 1more day.

I would suggest to avoid this kind of situations in future which helps the patients to be more comfortable with treatment.

The pain was there from last year mar/2014, at that time I went to another famous doctor in Chandanagar who advised to me not to do any workout(I normally go to gym) and he said the pain will go by itself. I stopped workout and jogging it didn't get better.

I thought to take second opinion and visited Dr. Santhosh, the hospital was on the way to my home from my office. He listened to me patiently, he examined me by asking me to do few exercises, actually trying to figure out from where the pain is coming. I told him about the history, so he recommended MRI Scan, actually I too insisted on it so to find the root cause. After the scan, looking at the report Dr. said the issue is very mild and asked me to continue my exercise route, after doing some yoga exercises I am feeling better now.

I booked an appointment at 9am and reached by 9. But clinic was not opened by then. Later after sometime receptionist came. She informed the doctor and doctor told the he is near by and would come in 15 mins. But doctor

She informed the doctor and doctor told the he is near by and would come in 15 mins. But doctor did not turn up for more than 40 mins. Overall I was made to wait for 55 mins. I felt the doctor doesn't respect others time.

Rather than saying that clinic is open by 9 am. You can correct saying you will open 10 pm. Patient will plan accordingly.
