I met Dr. Ratna Kishore during 2017 when one of my colleague referred me to visit him. I have severe arm pain connected with neck pain, shoulder pain, severe elbow pain, left wrist pain including pain till fingers.

Doctor diagnosed the disc dislocation in spinal cord for me but suggested only physio therapy exercises for me.

However I was happy with his diagnosis and patiently handling the patients, on the other hand worried that even though I do exercises suggested everyday but left arm and elbow pain persists for years together. No changes in my pains and still problem is not cured.

Doctor please suggest me a permanent solution for this which is persisting since 3 years.
