My name is Ajmal Mirza I am the uncle of Master Ahmad Mirza who is admitted in your hospital at Rainbow Kanakpuri Branch, I know it’s not a right Chanel to ask, tried calling you at hospital unfortunately not able to speak, may I know what’s the condition of the kid, it’s been almost two months now don’t see any improvements, what would you suggest? Inspite of being on time as per appointment, we had to wait 5 hours to see the doctor. Queue management is very poor. Train the staff please. Hospital being a children's hospital they must take care of how they schedule

Hospital being a children's hospital they must take care of how they schedule appointments. Most of the kids are less than a year old. The hospital management must schedule appointments accordingly. I am not satisfied with the way the staff has managed appointments.
