Doctor treating friendly manner hospitality good and started initial treatment yet to see the results

The only complaint i have is, i had an appointment at 12pm and i got to meet the doctor at 2.45pm. The clinic is good but i would've called it better if they have some time sense.

What the doctor said was not believable to me,

High value treatment

Waiting time should b improved .doctor explaining about treatment is not clear .and regarding hair there is not mentioned clearly

I'm suffering from acne since 5 years, at last I'm taking treatment in Dr Rajeshwari clinic , Doctors is very friendly and solve my problem with in 5 months. now I'm very happy to say "I'm free from acne. If anyone having acne problem like me. Don't forget to visit Dr rajeshwari clinic.

very professional hair care center. can see the results in no time. very less pain and very caring after surgery aswelll

the clinic receptionists are very rude and after charging exorbitant money they feel like they are doing a favor for seeing us. There are other hair and skin clinics as well. Highly recommend not to go for this clinic if you want proper treatment.

No time sense . The staff is not responsive. Cleanliness is not good . Expensive and No value for the money at all.

Hii mam u arr so friendly and polite to ur patients. I loved that so much. But the same is not happening in case of ur staff. They are very rude towards patients. At first they speak very well during the time of explanation of treatment and the cost of treatment and all these things. But once the money is paid they are literally treating patients as dogs. From patients psychology we feel that to meet the doctor when we visit the hospital. But there ia one staff member. I dont know her name but she behaves as if she is a doctor. This is my 4th visit to the hospital till now and i have seen that she had rejected so many patients to meet the doctor and despite of that she gives a very rude reply. Whenever we say something that we need to meet the doctor for the concern problem she simply says that thus is not an issue there will be no problem. Thats it she is suggesting as if she is a doctor. I feel that every patient is paying a huge amount for treatment so they deserve a right to meet the doctor each and every time they visit the hospital. There may or may not be use of meeting a doctor but that gives mental satisfaction to patients. And firstly if i can suggest i will suggest u to change the staff and say them to be polite towards patinets. And many of them also feel good when they receive a prescription from doctor herself rather than staff member. Hope we will see these changes in coming days. But coming to u there is not even a single defect which i can mention in this comment. Mam you are absolutely good towards the patients and u receive them the way they wanted to be received. I have suggested so many people to come here and i keep on suggesting. But i feel these are the negatives which can decrease your reputation even though they are not your negatives.

First of all, the wait time was more . It was like around 1 and half hr although appointment confirmation was taken 2 hrs before.

And the reason for consulting was for face acne in my case. Even after paying consultation fee of Rs 550/- , first i was made to speak regarding the problem with another lady (who was therapist/doctor not sure) with whom my out-patient-card was present and she told me like its written skin polishing as treatment mentioned in the card.

Later, i have explained that i came for acne treatment she told like all will be covered in skin polishing and given the fee structure of skin poilishing as per sittings and said if you are okay with fee incurring we will make you visit doctor for further examination.

She didnt even check my skin and no physical examination done... !!!!

Its okay to tell fee structure, *** *** *** ***** * **** **** ********* **** ***** **** ********** ******* ***** ********* **** ** **** ** * ********* ********* *** ***** **** ******* *

Added to that , i have asked will there be any chemical peel process treatment applicable in my case, Even to this question she said it will be covered in skin polishing.

I have not asked skin polishing in the call while booking appointment.

Even if there was mis-communication , atleast while interaction point should have been focused.

After all this , i have asked the lady will i have chance to meet the doctor, she replied "NO" in your case and the consultation is limited till this interaction as you are not willing to pay and go for skin polishing treatment.

**** *** ******* ** What Kind of response is this !!!!!! does this mean the Rs 550/- is collected only to give information on fee structure of irrelevant service which i haven't asked at all.

And fee structure was not well explained , like in a sitting what kind of treatment will be given , after every sitting what is expected as outcome ,

why treatment is needed and how many sittings might require ( a rough estimation specific to person being treated).

AND if this clinic's team says SKIN POLISHING is needed for acne treatment , why the services offered have " Acne treatment" displayed in the menu . *** ******** ****** ***** ***** *************************************************************************************

Also the out-patient-card broucher is having chemical peels ****** **** ** ******* *** **** ********* * mentioned under " Non surgical Cosmetic Care.

A complete loss of time in waiting for nothing.

People's trust only will be lost with all these *************** management.
