1) The Practo appointment time doesn't matter for them and they don't track it. They will just go by the time you reach and the number they give you. So don't rely on practo appointment time.

2) Be prepared to wait for atleast 2 hrs.

3) after waiting for longtime , doctor didn't even spend 1 minute asking the problem and just started explaining about the surgery and asked to talk to his secretary for further details. I hope the first visit should be more on understanding the patients problem and explaining on the possible solutions and just not a predetermined response.

4) staffs communication needs improve heeps, and they seem to be very short of staff specially at front desk.

I do not recommend Dr. Rajah V Koppala because the doctor was not present at the hospital despite us traveling 15 km to visit.

After watch his TV program my mother asked me to take to him for Vercose problem, and he did not talk much in first visit instead asked to get CT venogram . Went back to him with CT venogram which costed Rs.10,000, and h

Went back to him with CT venogram which costed Rs.10,000, and he recommended surgery and laser treatment. Again, in second visit he did not talk much instead asked to touch base with junior team who will explain the procedure. Team has just explained the fee structure. As I dd not find him to be professional, visited other doctors to get more opinions and surprising other doctors informed me it's minor issue and wearing socks will be only solutions and surgery is not recommended. I find this this doctor to be very unprofessional and does not spend time patients. Please stay away!
