I do not recommend this doctor.

Initially I had a good experience with this doctor as consulted her for my son's regular eye check-ups and for the tear-duct blockage when he was born. I found her very responsive and empathetic during Covid time as she was responding well on WhatsApp during those days. I recommended her to many of my colleagues and friends too. With further visits to her at Apollo hospital, the usual waiting time despite appointment had always been 40-60 mins and we understand that with so many patients its difficult for any doctor to see you dot on the time you took appointment for. However, in my recent visit to her, due to heavy traffic on the route and the hassled car parking system at hospital, I reached about 20 mins late to her reception desk where I was told that the doctor will not see any patient now. I requested once again given that I took off from work on a weekday only for her consultation and got my baby all the way from 30 kms. This time she called me inside and * ***** *** *** *** ********** *** *** ****** ** * ********** ************** *** **** ** ** *** **** ** *** ******* ** ** ****** ***** *** **** *** **** ***** ** **** *** *** *** **** ** ************* She went on to say that the hospital call center #### and so I should take appointment directly from her by contacting on her number and not the hospital where she sits. She was literally screaming and and her tone, body language and expressions were so rude. As if she saw us always on time of appointment and we didn't have to wait anytime to consult her. All the patients do not stay next door but travel from far off places to the hospital and there can be any unforeseen delays specially when travelling with a child. Having said that declining to see a patient due to her personal commitments as she had to leave early was still acceptable to me *** *** ****** ** ***** *** ******* *** ********** **** ** ******** **** *** ** ******** *** ************ *** **** *** ***** ********* ** **** *** ** **** ** **** **** *** ************** ******** ** ****** **** *** ******** ******** **** ** **** ** ***** *** ** ****** *** ***** ** ****** ** ****** *** *** ******* *** ************ ** ******* **** *** ** *** ***** *** ****** ******* *** **** *** we are the ones paying her and recommending her to others. I was not expecting this kind of insulting behavior from her to a repeated patients/customers like me and I would hereby refrain from visiting or recommending her to anyone hereafter.
