My mom was suffering from stone problem since last Nov and she was taking Ayurvedic medicines so that it automatically flushes out, but it did not happened the way we expected and mom started having regular UTI , because of which she was going through unbearable pain and she was on high antibiotics medication. The gynaecologist at Jayini hospital suggested us to meet the Urologist for further treatment and one of the nurse recommended Dr.Naveen Paul from Citizen hospital, Nallagandla.

We took an appointment at citizen and met Dr.Naveen Paul with all the old test reports and after he went through the reports, he prescribed few medicines and asked us to come for a follow up check up after a week, unfortunately, we could not meet him the second time as the lockdown started.

In middle of the lockdown, mom wasn’t keeping well as she had unbearable abdomen pain and once again had UTI. I was super worried to take her to any hospital because of Covid-19, as she is already an asthmatic patient. I was not sure, if Dr.Naveen would be available on calls / messages for consultation. However, I texted him on WhatsApp mentioning my moms situation, he was super kind and spontaneous to respond to my messages and immediately suggested medicines so that she gets some immediate relief and also suggested an abdomen scan after a week. He asked us to share the scan reports on WhatsApp basis which he will suggest the next steps. We got her scan done after the lockdown was lifted and her reports were normal and to our Surprise, the stone flushed out.

In the current situation with covid-19, he was super approachable, very kind and patient to listen to our concerns over messages, review reports online and prescribed medicines accordingly. Thank you !!
