I approached AINU, Hitech City after visiting 4 hospitals with urologists of varied reputation for my 72 old-aged mother who was identified with huge Staghorn Calculi. I met Dr Taif in patient’s absentia as she was already nervous after meeting 4 doctors. There was warmth in his greetings and the way he handled the case reports and documents. He gave soothing assurance that this situation can be handled without too much discomfort and asked me to come with patient later in the evening. He came down specifically in the evening only to meet the patient as there was no OP after 5 PM.

After meeting with the doctor, my mother told that 50% of her problem is solved. She was highly impressed with the amount of detailed explanation for each of her query(however trivial it was) and always with a smile on his face. I cannot talk about the same with all the reputed doctors who I met already , as they were just focused on glancing through the reports . Dr Taif was more hands on talking to the patient, empathizing with her problem. We immediately admitted for surgery next day and I was surprised at how seamless the entire process from admission to actual surgery until actual discharge happened.

Kudo to Dr Taif who is exceptionally humble, always available to answer your queries. I picked up his brain in lift and cafeteria, but he always answered with a great positive attitude and with a blooming smile. I will ever be grateful for outstanding and extraordinary service. He is a role model to for all the doctors. I am struggling to find enough adjectives to describe his professionalism.
