I have known Madhukar for the last 20 years. i had a problem with my gums and consulted some of the best doctors in hyderabad and in that process i have luckily met Dr. Madhukar. He had successfully completed flap surgery and made me to smile again all the way in my life. Generally we will be scared to sit on a dental chair even for a small extraction or rct but with Madhukar around i felt very comfortable and he took care of me completely through out the process and made me feel very easy and painless. He also understood my financial position and offered me the best treatment at an affordable price. After that he has done several treatments to me and to my family and friends. He is more than a doctor to me and i always come all the way from Bangalore to Neerudus clinic even for a small problem even though there are several dental clinics in my area. That is trust and confidence i have gained 20 years back and still he is the same person always smiling down to earth and takes care of each of every patient with uttermost care. i have never seen such a kind person with a positive intent treating patients and assuring good health and we rarely find Doctors in our society with very good attitude and helping hand like Madhukar. i strongly recommend Dr. Madhukar to everone for any dental problems and once you enter the clinic with Madukar around , the rest is assured and he will provide the best treatment at a very reasonable price. Myself Abhinava Reddy and am 33 years old. Am having severe tooth ache and can't eat the fibre material and non veg. The food use to store in my tooth gums at both the corners and will pain a lot for couple of hrs daily. So I use to sacrifice my diet due to the pain. Dr.Madhukar was extraordinary. He put zirconia artificial teeth and explained me the value of zirconia teeth, validity and explained us why he was recommending these teeth. He advices the patient by looking at their age, sensitivity and condition which I liked. It gives patient a confidence to proceed further without hesitation. He takes care of patient till the treatment Is done completely by being available on call and by following up with the patient and teeth maker labs.

The boys who work near this doctor are also very sincere and proactive in terms of following up with patients and cleanliness.

I had been visiting Dr.Madhukar for my dental related problems from almost 15+ years. He is very friendly and always smiling, which will make you very comfortable. He also patiently explains to you about the underlying condition very clearly and the treatment options. As usual, he provides excellent treatment. Whenever anyone asks me about a good dentist, he is the one whom I will always recommend. I had referred several of my relatives and friends for dental related issues and they are all happy with the doctor and treatment.

Hi, I had my 2front teeths broken while in my school and had a infection in one of my tooth which spoiled my tooth.

For both of these issues, Dr.Madhukar has treated them excellently, from clearing the infection to fixing excellent quality zirconium caps, he has not just been a doctor but also a good friend who treats gently and carries a friendly attitude , I call him straight away and he always make time out of his busy schedule for his patients. I am glad I have been with him, not just me, my mother, sister and my cousin all visit him for gum related issues, braces fixing (cousin) and over all cleaning.

My father had issue with 7 teeth and we consulted doctor Madhukar for treatment. Everything went very well. He helped us in understanding the problem, root cause and recommended the solution with clear explanation as in what had happend and what could be done to get it cured soon. Treatment is genuine, no pain, after treatment recovery is fast. Three years before I went to famous Dentist in Himayath Nagar which is nearer to my home with severe tooth pain. Doctors said you need this and other treatment and they never bothered to relieve my pain. Asked me to come tomorrow for treatment.

Immediately I telephoned to Dr Madhukar Neerudu. He prescribed tablet. I got full relief from pain. Next day I went to Dr Madhukar Neerudu. Gave simple treatment by removing food particles. Treatment is over. He is genuine doctor. I suggest this doctor.

I had tooth pain due to dental infection, from last 6 months. Due to corona, I could not plan for dental treatment. I was searching for a good periodontist. I came to know about Dr. Madhukar from Practo. His approval rating was very good. As per my analysis, he is better than his peers and can provide better treatment satisfaction than big hospital dentist. I had video consultation with him after 1st dose of my vaccination. I had physical consultation at his clinic after 2nd dose of my vaccination. He had clearly explained the issue and cause of infection and planned for permanent treatment. I too agreed on his plan and started the treatment. I had multiple teeth issues. Till now 3 sessions done. 1st session - consultation and planning, 2nd session - 2 Teeth extractions, 4 RCTs and preparation for bridge setup, 3rd session - temporary bridge setup. 3-4 more sessions are pending. Till now, I am very much satisfied. I can feel his professional touch and like his painless treatment. Hope my infection issue will go away completely after all treatment sessions. Unfortunately nither Dr Madhukar responded to my chat not came on video call, I wasted 25 mins from UK. Not great experience. Wont recommend.

My wife had a long history of dental issues, from dental cleaning to fixing crowns doctor Madhukar has always our priority, he is our family Doctor, we rely on him for all out dental concerns.
