Dr. Madhav Yendru is a Senior Consultant in Spine and Musculoskeletal Oncology in Hyderabad. He completed his MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad. I was diagnosed with slip disk in 2011 because of which I had foot fall in left leg. Dr Madhav did my surgery and I was back on my foot in 6 months . he is a gem of a person and listenes to problems with great patients and give proper advise unlike other doctors who advises tests even before listing to the problem. I am really thankful to him in helping me in speedy recovery .

I think he is the right person to consult and seek services for spine problems. We reached this conclusion after visiting several spine specialists in the city.
I have wrist pain from last 4months...... Before I have went to another doctor but that doctor not understood my problem...... Then one my friend suggested go to Dr madhav...I took appointment with Dr madhav will suggested me to wear wrist bender for 2weeks..... Now my wrist is better than before.......

Doctor was angry & rude, ***** ** ** *** *********** ****** When we went with one test missing, he was saying all tests were not so imp. seems he wants the tests to be done in his clinic only. said free consultation within 7 days however did not get his appointment on 6th or 7th day, ended up paying 400 more. Totally not satisfied and never recommend anyone to this doctor.
The doctor did not advise or gave any other remedies for my knee injury instead asked me to get an X-ray done and then recommended for an MRI.. didn't even advise for any other medication.. when I questioned for precaution and medication till the time MRI is done, he got offended and threw sarcastic statements instead. Completely useless.

Consulted the doctor as my wife was suffering with severe backpain. Doctor dint even addressed the issue but he asked us to take tests and x-ray. On visiting him with requested tests and x-ray, he said we don't find anything and suggested to consult General physician in same hospital,we consulted physician *** *** ** **** *** **** **** ** *** ******** **".Then we again went back to Dr Madhu and he asked to take MRI. Only then he will be able to say anything. Anyways we dint go for it. Dr never tried to explain what could be the problem and cause, he simply suggest for test one by one.
The doctor knew what the matter was but being an orthopaedic could have suggested the one exercise for which he again referred a physiotherapist.. Totally unecessary means of roping in money.. The physiotherapist gave far better insight to the problem.. Would not hurt if the doctor helps patients and not just fill out prescriptions unecessarily.
Dr Madhav is very ground to earth kind of surgeon, he took great care in my case and helped get rid of my hurting back pain, he maintain very warm and intimate relationship with most of his clients and will answer all doubts regardless his busy schedules.
A must visit surgeon.. In Hyderabad for any opinion.
I had a diagnosed spodylolistheses and suffering from back ache and sciatica I went to opus clinics where Dr Madhav checked my old MRI and suggested me for undergoing physiotherapy without much wasting of time like what usually I observed with most orthopedic Dr he also asked me continue same medication without unnecessary change. He is very polite and patient friendly.

the discussion was quick, but the doctor ended up recommending me 14 blood tests, worth INR 12000, even when he knew I was a student.
On consultation with another orthopedic doctor, I was told that only 5 of those tests would have been sufficient to diagnose the issues.
I don't recommend him to others.
