Hearing is valuable to any individual. Nobody wants to experience grief of loss in hearing firsthand. Unfortunately post my fall my bike in 2016, I started noticing hearing loss in one ear and was very sad.

In pursuit of wanting to have a treatment I searched for good doctors and have visited a known doctor in kukatpally. The doctor managed to scare the hell out of me with by stating I have several other problems and I have to get operated on nose part first in order to get the hearing issue fixed.

I wondered to myself, did the doctor actually understand the problem. My Family advised to have a second opinion.

As a Second opinion, I happen to take appointment to meet Dr. M M Shareef sir.

On the day of appointment, the horrified me took all the reports that I had been prescribed earlier and started explaining everything what happened. He saw how afraid and concerned I was and calmed me by his compassionate words.

He explained everything and asked me not to lose hope. He explained various alternatives to surgery and also explained about the surgery.

After consulting with my family we decided that I get operated. I was operated by Dr. M M Shareef sir in the month of Jan 2017.During the process of surgery he guided us and post-surgery he extended support offline via Whatsapp. He was very kind enough to follow up at regularly to know how I was doing post-surgery. Not all doctors have that virtue.

I have recovered and I certainly see improvement in my hearing

In the age where doctors try to squeeze money from I saw doctor who is nice human being and compassionate doctor.
