Dr. M.Chandra Sekhar Reddy

My experience with doctor Chandrasekhar Reddy was very nice. He was a doctor who asks his patient to tell his problem, listens to it very patiently and only then prescribes medicines/tests. The wait time is HORRIBLE, i came at 1200 pm and came out of hospital only after 1830 hrs with only one test of appx 05 minutes. Very arrogant support staff. Except doctor and the fee, rest all horrible. I still recommend to visit the hospital for doctor.

Hi.. One month ago, my wife had underwent cesarean and the baby was fine, but she developed severe headache on the second day. Next day, she had fits and she became unconscious with sudden loss of vision. At that time, i was worried so much and immediately we had taken her to MCS Neuro Hospital. Dr. Chandrasekhar Reddy, MD DM, Chief Neurologist has seen her and she was immediately diagnosed and found that she had blood clot in the brain *** *** ******* **** *********** ********** After 2 days of treatment, she became conscious and was able to see and eventually improved. After 10 days, she was discharged. Now she was fine. Really, this was second life to her. Dr. Chandrasekhar Reddy was really god to my family. The hospital is like temple for my family. I really thank him. The hospital staff is also very nice and cooperative.

I have been suffering from some kind of health issues and went to see this doctor. After more than 1 hour wait I got a chance and sat to explain my problem...here are my observations...

1. Doctor was not on listing mode...I understand and respect his experience but the kind of problem I have been going through he should have spent at least 5 minutes to carefully listen to his patient.

2. Without talking to me properly, in a rush, he just scribbled/prescribed few medicines on prescription and all of a sudden, not sure what he thought, he handed over the prescription booklet to nurse and hurriedly he instructed nurse to take me and get some testing done. Outside at the reception I was asked to pay Rs. 3500 for CT scan and one more test. I was surprised. Even if it makes sense, doctor should have explained me why he wants me to go through these tests and should have asked me once whether I am ready for this test or not...whether I have enough money to pay for it or not. Is it not surprising...???

3. Nurse was in the same room which is NOT so desirable as patient may not be able to reveal all his problems. This is a rare situation I found and I was not comfortable.

4. I will leave it to other to understand Doctor's hurriedness and behaviour toward patient

I very strongly recommend to avoid this doctor. Utter waste of time and money seeing this doctor. First of all he doesn't have time and patience to listen to you completely as he gives appointments to umpteen number of patients. He doesn't even touch you and make you sit at a distance. A nurse will be watching from behind you always which makes uncomfortable explaining or discussing with the doctor. Doctor doesn't ask about past history of tests done. He comes to pre-conclusion of the disorder without completely listening. He will immediately hand over the file to Nurse and ask her to get the patient tested for some scanning or nerve condition test which will range from 2,500 to 3000 above his exorbitant fee of 500 rupees. He prescribed me with same tablets that I have used earlier to temporarily cure the disorder with some other doctor. He was not ready to hear me and shot me down saying this is a different combination. What a fool I was made. Just lost 3000 in less than 2 hours for nothing. I strongly recommend to avoid this doctor.

The doctor will get angry if we ask a question about the medication/Suggestions and he will not listen to the next word which the patient asks.

Testing facility will not bother about the patient, He was not ready to hear me and try to complete the testing asap,

I strongly recommend avoiding this doctor.

Diagnostic tests were advised even before the main doctor looked at the patient. It was just a read out of the report. Did not have patience to listen to patient for 5 minutes inspite of charging Rs.500 as consultation fee. Nurse who was in the room all along was nagging us to get out of the room, when we are still talking to the doctor. For us it was not the worth time and amount spent there. Though the tests were all normal, doctor advised 6 different medicines just to reduce the pain. Nurse took the prescription to in-house pharmacy herself and was asking us to buy medicines there, though did not insist. Overall did not like the whole experience.

Went twice but still no use. Doctor doesnt have time to see the patients properly. Hardly spends 2 mins with each patient as he believes time is money. * ***** ** ** ** * ****** *********** ** *** ***** ******** ** ************ He might want to earn more, so cover more specializations and capitalize it. Moreover the bad thing is he will make patient sit facing away from him, if you cannot see into the face and eyes of the patient, how can you understand their problem.

Excellent doctor who spends time to understand the issue and explained me in detail of the problem. Gave confidence that it can be cured with proper medicine.

Iam satisfied with the treatment. Good environment. Hospital higene. Doctor treat patience as friends.

Overall satisfied with treatment. I will recommend to my friend's family. Need some more time ti see the results.
