We have met the doctor, we went only for the consultation and it went very well, he explained very well and the doctor is also good, I'm satisfied with the consultation and waiting for the surgery treatment not yet done, we visited for knee replacement surgery consultation, he was listening there was some complications so he explained that and patient had some other problems also brain related so he referred us to Dr. Sita, his attitude and his behaviour is good he explain problem very well, I would like to recommend the doctor, they need to improve their hospital receptionist behaviour they don't talk to patients properly bit harsh behaviour that’s all remaining doctor is very good.
I visited the doctor and the consultation experience was good. I am satisfied with doctor and doctor treatment. When it comes to improvement, everything was good. I would like to recommend this doctor to my family and friends. There was a 30-40 minutes waiting time to consult the doctor. His behaviour was good and listened to our problem.
I got my leg injured while playing badminton. when i visited him he declared it as fracture and gave me plaster for 21 days and after it he said its cured you can go home. I specifically asked him is any physiotherapy required then he said no. After 2 weeks again i visited him bcz my pain dint reduce. He said it happens it may get reduce in one month or one year or sometimes never. When i consulted other doctor he said it was normal muscle injury u never had a fracture. Same reply i got from 3 other doctors. They all suggested me for physiotherapy and i am feeling better after it. It would have been better earlier only if i wouldn't visited Krishna Kiran
The doctor was least bothered about my problem. He just wanted me to undergo different test ** ****** **** ***** Even the receptionist was rude and least bothered. They made us wait and when we went to the doctor, he just wrote diff test. He didn't bother to check everything in detail. We pay 600 first for consultation, so at least check for 5 mins at least. And to add on, the receptionist when asked about this, she was like, ok - will move you to other doctor. Meaning is this the way you treat your patients. Will never this hospital ever, nor would refer to anyone
Q: Who is an Orthopaedist?
A: An orthopaedist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to the skeletal system. An orthopaedic doctor attends to any disorder or condition or injury pertaining to the bones, muscles, joints, and ligaments associated with the skeletal system. These medical professionals treat conditions like arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, and leg and foot pain
Q: What is the difference between an Orthopaedist and an Orthopaedic surgeon?
A: Orthopaedists are sometimes mistakenly referred to as orthopaedic surgeons. An orthopaedist deals with conditions related to the musculoskeletal system. He provides pre-surgical consultation and post-surgical follow up. An orthopaedic surgeon provides same care as orthopaedist, but performs surgery as well. He performs surgery to cure back pain, ruptured discs, bone tumours, carpal tunnel, arthritis and other injuries.
Q: Does an Orthopaedist treat foot and ankle related problems?
A: Yes, an orthopaedist deals with musculoskeletal problems within the body. Problems related to foot and ankle fall under this category. Common foot problems like bunions, ankle sprains, arthritis, and sports injury are treated by an orthopaedist. Diagnosis of foot and ankle related problems are done through imaging tests. The mode of treatment depends on the severity of the problem.
Q: Does one need a doctor referral to see an Orthopaedist?
A: One can consult an orthopaedist by booking an appointment. Consultation with the orthopaedist is conducted in his/her clinic or at a healthcare centre. In some cases, patients go to a general physician for any condition or disorder related to the musculoskeletal system. Once preliminary investigation is done, the general physician may refer the patient to an orthopaedist for further examination.
Q: Does an Orthopaedist treat sport injuries?
A: Sport injuries are mostly related to the musculoskeletal system. Injuries like ligament tear, sprains, fractures, muscle pull, or bruises are commonly encountered in sports. An orthopaedist is the right medical doctor to consult for sport injuries. After physical examination, the orthopaedist may ask for imaging tests for confirming the extent of damage and then treat accordingly.
