Sometimes they suddenly cancelled the OP. It was problem for the people comes from long areas. Unnecessarily they miss the trains.

Suggestions:

Don't give appointments if the doctor can not come.

Doctor has to come in the specified timings to treatment.

Too busy after waiting for hours together he just spends less than a minute with the patient.

He being a neurosurgeon himself, referred us to another neurosurgeon.

Better visit a doctor who can spend some time to analy

Horrible. Kept us waiting for 7 hours. Old people in wheel chairs were also waiting all day. Insensitive doctor and hospital. Cannot schedule appointment also. Horrible!Worse so far!
