First day when you brought your son I examined his teeth and I prescribed the required medicines and told since he is only 6 and a half years old we need a PAEDADONTIST to do his treatment for which you agreed and my assistant had fixed the appointment according to your convinience. And we charged Rs 200 which is our consultation fees . The next day the SPECIALIST came and examined your son’s teeth and He had taken 2 x rays with RVG AND PORTABLE X RAY MACHINE for which we charged Rs 400 ( 200 each ) being a DIGITAL X RAY SYSTEM no one can provide you film , I asked you to take the photograph of the image which you have taken.Now after examining your son the PAEDODONTIST DIAGNOSED that your son needs ROOT CANAL TREATMENT FOR 3 teeth for which he told he will charge Rs 3000 each (3000*3= 9000) and then crowns or Caps for these three teeth 3000 each (3000*3= 9000) and then your son had 3 cavities which are to be restored for which he told he will charge Rs 3000(1000 each) altogether it was coming to Rs 21000. Because your sons had so many treatments to be done it was coming up to this amount. Regarding the consultation fees paid to the SPECIALIST you pad Rs 300/ which is a minimum anyone can pay as the DOCTOR gives his time and comes from a far away place to examine your son .To tell the truth this 300 will not be enough for petrol of his car. And regarding your statement of CONSUTANCIES every CLINC OR HOSPITAL will have CONSULTANTS any where in the world, no clinic will have all the SPECIALISTS in their clinic. And regarding the consultants fees We told we will reduce it from the final bill. Regarding the X-ray hard copy since it is digital we can only provide photographs. Still if you feel we have charged more (Rs 900 ) for all this please think. Still you can come to my clinic I will do what ever possible regarding your sons treatment. THANK YOU.
