Extremely disappointed with the behavior of a doctor with such superlative stature. Firstly she arrived thirty minutes late to my appointment. This was my third visit to her, without any improvement on my acne. When I tried to tell her the same, rather than listening to my problem she was concerned about the payment. I would have paid double the amount if asked decently, but she was highly unprofessional and indecent to convey the same. Also I don't expect immediate effect but I definitely expect a decent explanation as to how to go about the process. Its highly disheartening to have relied on her.

No value n respect to patients. She is highly forgetful doctor n doesn't even remember to call u even after 10 days of receiving the payment n repeated reminders. She doesn't maintain a record of our previous prescriptions n conversations. I have had 6 consultatations with her which includes both for myself n my mother. She every time listens to our problems as if it is the first meeting. She is least bothered to respond to our calls n msgs even in the times of serious issues. Pharmacy people r not responsible enough to give the correct medicines with dosage/ concentration mentioned in d prescription. Recently she blocked my number as I hv asked her to refund my 500 rs. I strongly suggest that don't ever think of visiting this doctor as she is too busy to give proper time to listen to patients as she ends the call even before u r done with all ur explanations/concerns for what u hv taken appointment.
