He completed his MBBS from Osmania Medical College, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine from PGIMER, Chandigarh, one of India's premier medical institutes. He further pursued a DM in Medical Gastroenterology from CMC Vellore, where he subsequently served as an Assistant Professor for two years, contributing to clinical care, academic training, and research.
