I may not have talked to God in my prayers, but in his services I have seen some of His favors.Dear Sir,I know you help so many people every instant & you are so busy that you don't have time to listen to their thanks, but I'm writing this any way!

My dad got a stroke on 25th december 2016, he was diagnosed with two blocks in heart and Mr. gokul reddy garu explained us my father condition and he operated him for placing 2 stents to clear blockage, he was very friendly , consoling us not to worry about. my father recovered and he is back to his routine schedule and regular check ups and follow ups acc to doctor suggestion are helping him to stay healthy and fit.

Hi I am vijay, my father who is Mr Swarajyam has got Bypas surgery in the year 2010. Dr Gokul Reddy surgery was success and gave us my dad back with healthy in a short time. It has almost 11 years of experiment to us with the doctor. We generally visit him for every 6 months for regular check ups. We are very much happy with his treatment, listening to the patients properly, explaining the current situations of the patient, his friendlyness, and medication is very perfect and gives the medicines only after thorough check ups and with proper tests, and he avoids unnecessary medication. I strongly recommend Dr Gokul Reddy if any one has need of cardiologist.

The doctor was not available at the time

of appointment which i took for my mother (Kamla Pandey). The hospital staff / his EA did not bother to inform those with appointment about his absence. To top it the OPD team did the billing and did not even mention that doctor will not be back for 90 minutes. My mother who is a senior citizen, faced a lot of inconvenience and discomfort as a result.

On questioning this .. they just put up a blank face .. no apologies nothing! This is extremely poort service and reflects poorly on both the hospital as well as Practo. We have decided not to use Apollo hospital and switch to Care going forward. This feedback must be sent to concerned in the apollo.

I have taken appointment with Dr.Gokul Reddy for my father heart problem. My father age around 68 years. Dr.Gokul not shown his interest towards patient problem. He didn't listened the patient problem clearly. He suggested to go for ECG and 2D echo. But he didn't explained the report.

Dr.Gokul Reddy has to improve the below

1. He has to listen patient problem clearly and has to shown interest towards the patient.

2. He needs to explain the reports clearly to the patient.

I have paid for OP but I didn't satisfied.

He is very calm and pleasant in listening to patients. Listened intently and gave advice in a soothing way.

Very clearly and politely explained about my husband heart ❤️ sistuation and we are very much comfortable with his treatment and suggestions. Thanks to Dr. Gokul reddy garu.

Sir is excellent. Very Frank and open. He explained about the TMT and about it's end result. Why Angiogram is necessary. In all we had a very pleasant experience with him

He is bit busy doctor and had verified all the tests and we are satisfied. i can recommend the doctor.
