Iam the inpatient of your hospital from last 12 days. Iam expected a good service from the hospital, good doctors, nursing....etc. but in reality no such atmosphere in the hospital. Just like corporate,

Iam the inpatient of your hospital from last 12 days. Iam expected a good service from the hospital, good doctors, nursing....etc. but in reality no such atmosphere in the hospital. Just like corporate, every thing maintained secrete. patient don't know about what is going on around him. No doctor explain him to what is the status of patient, disease,tests and their results, progress of treatment...etc. They are just come and see go with out discussing with patient condition. The coordinators asking money..money... up to payment paid. I discussed with no. of patients and their wards. No one happy with the process going in the hospital.

Sir..may I request you to suggest your doctors and nurse to maintain attachment with patients. Doctor counselling should give a great boost the patient. Please follow up this in hospital, and maintained the noble name of the AIG.
