For the first time in my medical history, I have got a holistic idea of what is wrong with me, and what needs to be done. There was zero ambiguity in what is going to happen to my body. I had a clear idea what's going on. With due respect to all other doctors, I feel that Mr. Kalva walks a extra mile to make the patient feel at ease and prevent him/her from freaking out at the OT. Doctor always begins by asking me what look I am looking for and then proceeds to give me his opinions. What I want is always valued by doctor and he never tries to impose his ideas if I do not want it. Moreover doctors recommendations are always very practical and the option that best suits my face. He never overdoes any procedure and believes less is better when it comes to lip fillers as we can always top up later once I get a proper idea of what my lips look like after swelling has subsided. I really value this because I have seen many botched lips on other women who overfill. While I only use fillers in my lips doctor follows the same method for fillers in any other area. He also always explains to me what substances he is using for me and how it works in order to make me feel comfortable. If he ever uses a different kind of filler when I come in for a top up he carefully tells me about how it differs from the previous filler. I also feel that the procedures are priced very appropriately.

My experience with the clinic was mot encouraging As soon as I entered the clinic, the receptionist was busy in her personal talks, didn’t even bothered to find out my purpose of visit. I had to go 3-4 times to her and show my impatience, then reluctantly she went inside and after some time asked me to follow her into the doctor’s waiting room.

Doctor was friendly and good, I had a big ear hole, which was to be stitched, for this the doctor took an exuberant cost of 10k( hardly 15 mins work). Fine after paying that also there was no response when I called the clinic for getting the stitches removed. Repeatedly I called 2-3 for the appointment, as I didn’t get any response for appointment, I had to go to another doctor and got my work done.

I am very disappointed by this unethical & unprofessional behavior of the clinic staff. Doctor should have control over his staff and should do proper follow-ups.

I consulted Dr. Dushyant for Xanthelasma removal under my eyes. The doctor was very patient with my multiple questions and offered a good solution. I'm glad I took his suggestion and got the Xanthelasma surgically removed. It's been a week since my surgery and I've recovered perfectly without any scars.

I have never seen a doctor like Dushyanth Kalva so far who is very much interactive wih the patients. I was very clearly explained about the treatment prior to start of my surgery and the monitoring by the doctor was superb throughout the process . Apart from this , the entire staff was very much cooperative and in the entire process of my treatment I never felt like I was in the hospital. Thank-you very much inform clinic.

He was very informative, explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. I went there for accessory breast tissue removal. The doctor advised me of the best possible ways for the procedure to be done and allowed me to pic the best choice according my requirement.
