It’s a multispeciality team over there at Hyderabad smiles in Madhapur, very flexible team for support (appointment and treatment).

I consulted Dr.Dilipkumar for my denture. I had a great experience . I was very much satisfied with the treatment and the hospitality of the doctor and his supporting team.

Guys, please do not to visit Smile Madhapur hospital for any dental treatment. They are over-priced *** ******* ********. I have visited for cavity issue observed in inner molar teeth. They have taken pictures of mouth and shown me that your teeths are dirty and said that it can cause more infection and suggested to do scaling. Instead of focussing on main issue of cavity, they have done scaling(which might be required to avoid any future problem but not at that moment). When I have asked for cavity filling then they said that extraction is the only solution since your cavity is at the last tooth where filling is not possible but my finger was easily reachable there. I wasn't having pain in last tooth but they aren't ready to look for other options.

They didn't show the cavity picture and their staff is little weird. I have to follow up multiple times for getting doctor's prescription, x-ray report and other details. When we ask for hard copy then you were telling to send soft copy. When we ask for soft copy then they weren't sending complete information.

I would not recommend visiting the doctor for any dental issues. Firstly, I was overcharged. The consultation fees reflecting on Practo while booking an appointment was 200 but I was charged Rs. 600 at the clinic. I was then charged Rs. 1100 for an x-ray ***** ****** ** ** ********** ************ Secondly, the doctor did not seem to be interested in addressing my concerns. I was told that I have an infection for which I will have to undergo a procedure which would cost me another 5000 bucks. I was not told about any alternative course of action. Also, I specifically asked for some medicine to relieve my pain but the doctor did not prescribe any. Overall it was a horrible experience as the doctor's behaviour was insensitive and rude.

Bad clinic and bad service that I ever experienced. My ortho treatment was supposed to be done for 9-10 months but when I asked he said it will complete in next 2 months. But you don't believe it took 2 years for the treatment to complete. And the charges are too high for the treatment compare to others. If you pay the full amount then they are not going to bother you at all. You just have to run behind them for appointments. And when you ask anything about the treatment which they have promised before, Dr Dilip don't behave like a professional, he will just do false statements whatever comes into his mind. My bad i was in the middle of the treatment and invested money so I can't just leave. Even after all these struggle, ********* *** **** *** **** ********** And if you take some break 2-3 months because of covid situation then when you visit clinic they ask you to pay consultation which wonders that they treat you like a new patient. Sounds soo funny. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone for any type of service. If you want to loose your time also by investing more amount then you can.

Points to like:

Tidiness (Clinic look pretty good and neat)

Friendly staff

Good machines

Point to dislike:

1)Many thing which your site say is wrongly put. (including technology and location)

2)Really Expensive (compare to market price)

3)Doctor will show you sky but do as they please (they will say that your satisfaction is important but later will start implementing here view on you)

4)Staff are confused of timings and appointments. (They will call you at a time and make you wake for an half an hour to one hour atleast)

My point of view : Even if the process is little pricey, still its fine. But the thing they promise or the level of satisfaction you won't get that much.

I went for root canal treatment and crown fitting. They did an excellent job throughout my treatment with more patience. I have done my treatment without any pain. Supportive nd friendly staff. done good job. Thankyou soo much Dr Dilip nd his team.
