Madam treated me very well and explained everything clearly in a way that anyone can understand. She listened with patience and told me what to do for the treatment and what precautions I need to take. I went in the evening, but still madam treated me with the same patience and care. She gave me enough time to explain my problem and understand everything properly.

It was my first time in a corporate hospital, and I honestly did not expect this much patience and kindness. The reception team was also polite.

They just place ur file below the order ,ij thw sequence of offline appointments.People who wish to have online appointments to save their time and timely appointments,get disappointed with the way this hospital reception operates.I think that should be improved in the hospital. Hope the Medicover hospital management considers this.
