I had been suffering for two months and having antibiotics, but my issue was not being diagnosed. I went with great hopes to Dr. Singh and I am so happy I did. He was able to diagnose my issue and suggest best treatment. Thanks to him I got off all heavy medicines and was on the right medicine. Dr.Ashok Kumar Singh, Head of ENT from Continental Hospital, Nanakramguda treated my son for Adenoids. Combined in one surgery, Dr.Ashok conducted three procedures – adenotonsillectomy and turbinoplasty. Unlike other busy city hospitals, Dr.Ashok in Continental gave enough time during the consultation and explained us the procedure and importance of these surgeries. Dr.Ashok and his staff was not in rush for anything. If you are spending 15-20 mins per patient, you can understand the importance given to each patient. My son felt comfortable and confident undergoing surgery thru him and his able staff. Post-surgery visits were also quite fruitful and they helped in faster recovery of my son. In total, great experience at Continental and would highly recommend this place for any surgical treatment. Keep doing good work Dr.Ashok.

The doctor is great with the diagnosis. He has been helpful and guiding us to treat the dru cough which had been persistent for almost 1 month.

Doctor identified the treated the problem well. MY daughter got fever for 2 days and blisters in her mouth... Could not able to swallow...even water.... We went to a near by clinic as there was no betterment we consulted the Dr Ashok kumar Singh in continental. He is very friendly and gave the medication which provided immediate relief from pain for my daughter.

She became completely normal in 1 day and after few hours of medication only we see that there was lot of improvement.

The most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. We went first time for swelling at neck and he advised for fnac and ultrasound at Apollo and report says it needs to be removed. At that time he never told that he will do surgery and we did not ask also. We get it done in Apollo everything is fine. Now due to some ear pain we went to him almost after two months instead of treating he simply argues why we did not go to him for surgery. Is this fair. We paid consultation the first time 400 for his advice no free service . He is directly asking us not come next time. Ok we will not go but I wonder he doesn't even remember us until we remind him..and he feels we don't have faith in him.... Its totally not acceptable and advice the people to rethink twice before consulting him

I am having ear infection and was initially getting treatment from different doctor at Citizen Hospital. But I was not seeing any significant improvement. So I took the appointment based on the feedback I got from my colleague who used to visit to Dr Ashok at his clinic. But after my first visit today at Himagiri Hospital Gachibowli, I am satisfied with the doctor's suggestion. He explained the issue and why this happened and the treatment. I am still under treatment now and follow up visits are planned in couple of days to remove the dressing. So overall I would recommend worth visiting to Dr Ashok.

Went to consult Ashok Sir about issue with breathing for past 1 year . He suggested to have the scan done and with all reports conclusively recommended to have the surgery done. I was bit skeptical with the word surgery but the way he explained to me and level of comfort as more than Doctor as a family person I had with him was very satisfactory . Surgery went pretty well and post surgery visit also was very nice . I visited along with my neighbor for their kid(3 years old), who had accidentally inserted part of a balloon into his nostril. Since it was Sunday(afternoon) and most of the ENT clinic were closed, we visited HITECH Eye and ENT care, Manikonda where Dr Ashok is a visiting consultant. The people at HITECH immediately contacted Dr Ashok who immediately responded and he had to travel from Banjara Hills to Manikonda ( ~10 kms) for this emergency. That shows the Doctors commitment towards unknown patients on a Holiday forget about known patients. We had to wait since Dr Ashok had to travel around 10 kms but it was worth waiting because as soon as Dr Ashok arrived he attended the kid immediately and within 2 minutes the balloon part was removed and we were all relieved. I would highly rate Dr Ashok for his commitment and professionalism . May God bless him with Good Health .
