Let me start this by sharing my happiness to you. Writing this holding my 10 days old princess in lap, I can absolutely say that Dr. Arati Rama Rao has brought a miracle to us. Before meeting her, for past 4 years I went through a whole lot of bad experience trying to conceive and a few miscarriages, had spent an ample amount of money with no success and utter depression. Finally by god's grace, I met her and I still remember the first day. I was crying and she told me to leave all my worries to her and God. She gave me hope that I am going to be a mom soon. I can't describe how much stronger I felt that day. Throughout my treatment, she guided me in my life style, diet, exercise, medicines and mental stability. She listens to every minute detail and issue very patiently. With her, I always felt like a kid of hers instead of a patient. Every single time, when I contacted her whether on phone or hospital visit, I got the exact solution to my issues. Under her guidance and care, I finally got conceived and a little angel came in my life few days ago. She inspired immense hope in us and I felt more connected to my baby in every scan I had with Dr. Arati. She really is a mother figure to me. She helped me even to find a home help in this lockdown situation. I know it's a small gesture to convey our regards to her but we included her and our initials to name our baby.

Absolutely no concern or regard about making the patient wait for the NT scan. Took appointment more than a month back only to wait in excess of 3.5 hours. On asking, no communication of how much time we need to and when can we expect it to be done. This much mismanagement in a hospital like Manipal is a real shocker. Absolutely frustrated with the whole process.
