She has been invited as a Speaker to share her experiences at many local and national conferences like AIOC, IIRSI, HOA, AGOS, Eye Advance, APOS, WOS etc.
She has formally trained many Surgeons nationally and internationally who visited Hyderabad to have hands on experience on Refractive Laser Suites
She has participated in surgical skill transfer programs at different local and National conferences.
She is currently The Secretary, Telangana State Chapter of Women Ophthalmologists Society (WOS). She has arranged couple of CMEs locally, also successfully organized “3rd Annual National Conference of Women Ophthalmologists Society (WOS)” in December 2017
