Focus Dental Care, Gachibowli (Dr. Ajay Krishna's clinic) is a well maintained and professional dental care unit. It has a comfortable feel to it and the staff is very friendly.

I had a shaky incisor (front tooth) that had been through a root canal treatment about 12 years back. I had assumed that the cap is loose and asked them to stabilize it, but they were thorough, took an X-Ray and discovered that the root of that tooth was being eaten up by infection which could spread to the neighboring teeth.

I was told that the tooth would need to be extracted and was given options of a dental bridge or implant. Once I chose to go ahead with the implant, I was again allowed to choose the type of implant. At no stage did I feel forced into getting something done, which was a nice feeling.

The implant procedure itself went off extremely well, Dr. Ajay kept me up to date with every detail as the surgery took place and I was left with minimal/no discomfort at all after the surgery. Simple extractions have given me worse discomfort than this.

The only thing that needs improvement is sticking to time schedules allotted. Most people do not reach appointments in time, but those who do should not be made to wait because others in the queue delayed. Also, cost wise it is slightly on the high side which could be improved slightly.

Overall, whenever I need any dental work, I'd go to Dr. Ajay's clinic (Focus Dental Care) without a second thought.

Dr Ajay is a wonderful human being . Ihad a bad expecience with another dentist in Tirmulghery Vijaya/outlook dental Clinic, it was 10 years back and that dr said i need RCI to be done but he never performed an RCI and only fixed cap this resulted in pus formation and my right cheek was swollen. When i visited focus dental in the month of April 2107, Dr Ajay looked into the problem and performed proper RCI on 2 of my tooth and trust me each time he would put less amount of local anesthesia clearly telling me to bear the pain as local anesthesia in high dosages aren't good, Dr Ajay made sure all my issues are taken care and at the same time wanted to make sure i have very less side effects due to antibiotics and anesthesia. Focus dental group is very flexible and they adjusted according to my work timings. It was really a fabulous experience for me in total. Should anyone in my family have any dental issues i will take them to Focus dental gachibowli where Dr Ajay is there.
