Dr. A Mohan Krishna completed his Postgraduate Degree from Prestigious Annamalai University (Tamil Nadu) in the year 2006. After the Post Graduation, he worked as a senior registrar in the Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad for a period of three years 2006 to 2009. During the tenure as senior registrar at NIMS he was trained in the management of complex trauma, deformity corrections, spinal deformity corrections (scoliosis, kyphosis) Ilizarov technique, arthroscopy, arthroplasty and tumor surgeries.In 2009 he joined as the junior consultant at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and teamed with Dr. N. Somasekhar Reddy senior consultant in orthopedics, specialized in the shoulder, arthroscopy, arthroplasty and tumor surgeries. During this period he was well versed with shoulder, arthroscopy, arthroplasty and tumor surgeries. In 2010 he went to higher surgical training in the United Kingdom to complete m ch orthopedics at the University of Dundee. During his training, he worked in shoulder under Dr. Carlos and in arthroplasty unit under Dr. Sripada Shankar. During the course, he was trained in computerized gait analysis, foot pressure analysis, orthodontics and prosthetic, for the management of paralytic disorders of lower limbs. In 2011 he joined as consultant orthopedics at Apollo Hospitals Jubilee Hills teamed up with Dr. N. Somasekhar Reddy. Their team specializes in complex trauma, shoulder surgeries, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, complex revision arthroplasties, a tumor including limb salvage surgeries and pediatric orthopedic surgeries. He was Life Member of Indian Orthopaedic Association, pediatric orthopedic Association of India, Association of spine surgeons of India, ao trauma and ao spine, sicot, Asia pacific orthopedic association. He has attended and presented a poster in annual sicot conference at Sweden in 2010. He has given the guest lecture at annual oasis conference at Hyderabad in 2011.

Dr. Mohan Krishna is good with explaining the health issue. Friendly in nature. We would have appreciated if he could take a definitive decision about a permanent solution to our problem. I will give him a benefit of doubt that maybe he wanted to exhaust all the non-surgical treatments before deciding on surgery. The problem for us was that we end up spending too much on consulting another doctor that Dr. Mohan Krishna recommended. That another doctor then recommended us to consult 3 other doctors. That wasted too much of our time and let's not forget that my mom was in a severe pain all this time. I would have appreciated if Dr. Mohan Krishna took the matter in his own hands and made a decision rather than sending us to other doctors who were not helpful to us.

Check the reports and explain the problem clearly and understandable with a real life example.
He is very simple asking the problem very patitently and politely.
Don't go with heavy medicines, mentally he suggest to remedy the issue and precautions..

Mohan sir is polite, he understands the patient's feelings( Emotional too). Creates confidence and he walks through the risks. Overall my father felt happy with less pain he treated shoulder dislocation easily.
