After the Post Graduation, he worked as a senior registrar in the Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad for a period of three years 2006 to 2009. During the tenure as senior registrar at NIMS he was trained in the management of complex trauma, deformity corrections, spinal deformity corrections (scoliosis, kyphosis) Ilizarov technique, arthroscopy, arthroplasty and tumor surgeries.
In 2009 he joined as the junior consultant at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and teamed with Dr. N. Somasekhar Reddy senior consultant in orthopedics, specialized in the shoulder, arthroscopy, arthroplasty and tumor surgeries. During this period he was well versed with shoulder, arthroscopy, arthroplasty and tumor surgeries. In 2010 he went to higher surgical training in the United Kingdom to complete m ch orthopedics at the University of Dundee. During his training, he worked in shoulder under Dr. Carlos and in arthroplasty unit under Dr. Sripada Shankar. During the course, he was trained in computerized gait analysis, foot pressure analysis, orthodontics and prosthetic, for the management of paralytic disorders of lower limbs. In 2011 he joined as consultant orthopedics at Apollo Hospitals Jubilee Hills teamed up with Dr. N. Somasekhar Reddy. Their team specializes in complex trauma, shoulder surgeries, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, complex revision arthroplasties, a tumor including limb salvage surgeries and pediatric orthopedic surgeries.
He was Life Member of Indian Orthopaedic Association, pediatric orthopedic Association of India, Association of spine surgeons of India, ao trauma and ao spine, sicot, Asia pacific orthopedic association. He has attended and presented a poster in annual sicot conference at Sweden in 2010. He has given the guest lecture at annual oasis conference at Hyderabad in 2011.read less
