My daughter was suffering from tonsillitis since childhood and used to suffer from fever frequently. I was looking for the effective treatment for her. I came to know about Dr. Dheeraj Kumar Jonnalagadda who sits at Pristyn Care clinic. I booked the online appointment for the same day. He was very courteous to my daughter and convinced us that tonsillectomy is the best way to cure it permanently. On the day of the surgery, the cab provided by pristyn care took me to the hospital. The Care Buddy alloted by Pristyn was already waiting for me at the hospital. He handled the paper work and was with me throughout my stay at the hospital. The discharge procedure was also completed on time.

He performed my surgery at a pristyn care associated hospital which is a bit far from my home. But, I received the cab service and there was no inconvenience in reaching the hospital. My spouse suffered from cold and cough. We visited Dheeraj kumar and he explained the cause of cold and cough due dust allergy. He has good equipment to see throat and showed as well. From the past 7 months, my son had been suffering from infected tonsils, I thought that I could treat it using home remedies but all my efforts went in vain. I booked the appointment that very day and went to Dr Dheeraj a day later where he checked and recommended me to have a tonsillectomy. I was scared at first as surgery is a scary word, that too for a 9-year-old. Dr Dheeraj calmly explained to me the whole procedure which is why I understood that tonsillectomy is right. On the day of surgery, cab service was there from pick up to after discharge. As soon as we entered the hospital, there was pristyn care's care buddy to assist ,me in everything and make it hassle-free. That guy made sure we didn't face any trouble like paperwork and all The surgery went well. My son has recovered really well.

My son is having Ear Cerumen for quite few months and he is suffering from pain , we have been to Dr Dheeraj Kumar Jonnalagadda for the treatment , we were sceptic about the process as we are not very sure how the ear creumen removal process would be , the Doctor has observed the patient (my kid) and ensured the removal smoothly , the process was very much visible through the monitor and the equipment was quite good.
Doctor behaviour was quite nice and my kid's problem was solved hassle free in one go, Would strongly recommend any one for a visit with Ear problems
