Hi, My name is Bhanukiran recently I met Dr. Ch. Venkata Pavan Kumar Garu about the issue I am facing and done with Fistuletomy Surgery successfully by him. I am writing this review post 1 week after my surgery. He is very down to Earth, Humble, Friendly, and good at receiving. He filled confidence in me as this was my 2nd surgery. Despite his busy schedule, He used to clarify all my doubts with much patience. On the day of my Surgery, OT was totally busy and I was waiting for my turn and the Doctor texted me the situation and mentioned the time slot of my turn then I got relaxed. No one informed me about the situation, This is the best example of His responsibility towards his patients. I would like to recommend his services to whoever is in need of meeting a good and caring doctor.

My appointment is 6:30 PM on Friday.But they called to me and scheduled to 7:30 PM, its not a problem

i reached exactly 7:29 PM @ sneha clinic. At that time doctor not available they told to me wait for some time.

i waited nearly 1:30 hrs (90 min) finally doctor came at 9:00 PM .

Generally they will check before BP and Weight. I am standing in weight machine.

they told come come.

I entered in doctors room i explained my problem with suffering back masule and front.

and i told like this i never faced previous. i have back ace from past 8 yrs. but that

area i did not get. doctor with hurry mood he told me its muscle pain and saw my MRI report.

come to Appollo kondapur with some more tests. he spent only 3 min. finally he diagnosied

my problem is muscle pain. doctor is good may be at that time he want to leave

to home. i waited 1 and halfnhour but finally he spent to me only 3 min.

he gave some medicines wrote in the prescription.

i went to appollo medical store they did not recognise that words then i called to doctor's number

mobile is switchoff for which medicines that is.

i went to 3 medical stores finally they gave to me exact one.

for this also i dont have any problem. may be he is very busy since morning.

so he want to go home.

Here is final story :

I went to home next day i got again heavy pain morning and evening.

i went to my near hospital (ie saturday) that doctor qualification is MBBS. MD (phygisian)

Immediatly he told to me its looks like 80% symtems is kidney stones.

suggested ultra sound abdomin test. immediatly i went to focus diagnostics .

finally test result is 3 stones in my kidneys.

(Ohh god if i go to appolo ..wat will happen)

here i suprised Sneha clinic told its muscle pain ( he is MS - General surgen).

but exact problem is kidney stones. this is very bad experience to me.

if its machine no problem any thing happen with other medicines. we can buy new machines.

but for humans if we treat wrongly they may impact more family wise.

Notes : My final request is patients always will treat doctors as like GOD.

please spend some time with patients and diagnose correctly.

still i am saying doctor is good but may be at that time he is busy. that busy may cause some more problems.

i am staying here in kukatpally since 2003.

if happens like this how can i suggest to my friends and family members ( my friends most of the people are styaing kphb).

unnecessary i spent 350/- consultation and medicines 235 rs.. (600 nearly)
