I have been taking therapy sessions with Dr. Tina from the last nine months. All I have to say is that she is brilliant, at the same time, very loving and caring. I have seen a lot of change and growth in me in the last few months. I have become a very loving, kind and compassionate person. I have also become emotionally very strong. She helps you become more aware of your body and mind. I have become more aware of my needs and boundaries. Now I am learning how to fulfill or ask for my needs and set my boundaries. My communication skills are getting better, which helps me in my personal and professional life. I am grateful to have her in my life. Looking forward to future sessions with her for more growth, awareness and an ease of life.

I've completed close to 10 sessions now, and Ms. Tina has been a wonderful therapist. It is very hard to find a good therapist that understands and is in sync with me, and I finally found one. She is very patient and kind, and has created a safe space for me to open up and explain my feelings. I have benefited a lot from these sessions, and she changes her approach based on the things we discuss.

Tina is helping me unlearn many habits which cause general ill health and has helped me with tips to deal problems regarding childhood trauma, my ability to understand others and love/help my inner child. Ever smiling, she's a joy to share my fears with, as I'm confident that she'd provide light on how to overcome them. Uplifting and simple solutions offered makes my worries bearable and the techniques she teaches are simple and effective.
