But had a very informative talk with Dr Anand supported with his energetic team got to experience the HBOT session. I will update about benefits later as i was recommended a min 20 sessions. Ensure the tips given at the wellness center to manage the ear pressure during the initiation and decompression. Rest is easy. enjoy the comfortable cot and youtube.
