I am glad to know that your skin infection has subsided and my treatment helped you to get back your healthy skin. I feel sad for your bad experience at Apollo. Unfortunately me being a consultant doctor at the clinic,it's not in my hands to book your appointments or maintain the que system, it is handled by the staff. On the day you had this problem I was available till 9:30pm which is beyond my regular time. And consultation time with each patient ends only after I understand their issue and explain it well which I did so with you also for your first visit. The follow up usually doesn't take much time because your skin issue has been subsided. So as treatment part is the only thing in my hands and that your infection has been subsided, my part ends there. Regarding the que system and appointments please leave your feedback with Apollo management/on their website, as I'm not concerned with anything else apart from treatment. I will personally forward this issue to them to help you out as you are my patient. Glad to know that you are happy with my treatment.
