My name is Satyanarayana. I am 62 years old. I have always been passionate about exercising and weightlifting since a very young age. But due to work-life balance, I could not commit much time to my passion. Now that I am retired, I started training for powerlifting and slowly took it seriously. In that journey, I met Clinical & Sports Nutritionist Lakshmi Tejasvi who has encouraged me toward my goals. Earlier I could lift weights up to 90kgs on Bench press but after following the proper diet regime given by her I lift up to 120 kgs. The same with Squats and Deadlifts, my strength and stamina increased a lot. Now I can lift around 400 kgs in three segments. I am very happy to share that in a short span of 3 months, I have won the Telangana Masters Power Lifting championship and also the National Masters Power Lifting championship. Before meeting Lakshmi tejasvi (founder of vibgyor nutri) I'm out of shape, was confused and demotivated of not getting back my old fitness levels. Met many nutritionists before meeting Lakshmi.

Lakshmi not only helped me in getting back into shape but also made sure i lost the excess fat in my body and gained the necessary muscle needed for me. I have utilised the services of Ms. Lakshmi and am delighted with the results. Her methodical approach with a rational (which was well explained) for diet plan stands out. Quite approachable, follows-up proactively, encourages alternatives, etc. You don’t have to compromise on the taste/variety (diet plan consists of regular consumables) & as long as you mind the quantity of intake and adhere to the schedule, you can be assured.

I had taken a three-month tenure diet plan and could notice the change within couple of weeks and at the end of 12weeks, I am lighter by ~12kgs :)
