I am resident of Hyderabad. I am a lecturer in an Engineering College and used to travel minimum 2 hrs every day. I had suffered from Perianial Abscess and Fistula problems last year i.e. 2020. I consulted many doctors in my area i.e. Dilsukhnagar. Finally, on emergency grounds, I was admitted in a hospital in Dilsukhnagar. I was asked to go for more than 7 medical tests in the hospital. The hospital doctors kept me as in-patient for more than 3 days for just 10 minutes surgery . While I was discharged from the hospital, the doctors told me that the main problem was not yet cured. I stay in Hyderabad. From last one and half years i am suffering from heavy gastric problem because of indigestion. I literally want to emphasise the word “Heavy”. Because this gastric problem is giving me Panic Attacks and Heart Burns. The experience of Panic Attack is a Nightmare. He listened my one and half year experience very patiently and given a medicine for 15 days. Initially my body took 2 days to adjust to the Ayurvedic medicines. But worked on me like wonder. After 15 days, my stomach is able to digest the food normally. And “wow” - No Panic Attacks at all. Now i am living my life without using any medicines. Since one and a half year I have been struggling with stiffness around my knee after chondromalacia injury , after consulting Sarangapani Sir, in just 2 months i felt 50% relief already !! I have consulted few of the top orthopaedic doctors in Hyderabad but non of them were willing to listen to my problem patiently they just follow regular procedure of medicine and physiotherapy but i did not have 1% relief , fortunately I found Sarangapani Sir profile in Practo and I have been reading the patients experiences and felt good about them, but still I was not going ahead because in Ayurveda it's hard to find a right Doctor, i thought only allopathy might resolve my problem, but after consulting Sarangapani Sir I have realised that i was wasting my time and money In allopathy for almost two years, In present world it's hard to find Doctors like Sarangapani Sir ! P.S. I have noticed in patients experience stories that Sir is mostly recognised for fistula related issues, but I will strongly recommend Sir for Orthopaedic related issues aswell.

I was sufferring from Fistula in Ano for almost more than 2 years. First I have visted Appolo Jubille Hills Hyderabad on 30-Apr-2022. Undergone MRI scan, and the doctor told simply you decide your surgery date and come. I didn't feel confident because he is simply asking for surgery without any explanation and taking patient confidence.

Then I have delayed by 6 months and then visited Mr SarangaPani sir and then again undergone MRI and Perianal Ultrasound scan. This time is is little bit major and took almost 2 months to recover fully. With second surgery I have completely recovered from Fistula in Ano. Now I am totally free from Fistula.

In between , based on multiple external tracks, doctor suggested to undergo TB test as well, which is found as positive. And he suggested to undergo medication so that Fistula will not repeat again. Now I am undergoing TB medication as well which was helped in expedite the healing processs for my Fistula.

Finally I want to say doctor is 42 years experinece in Anorectal surgeries and also he is more concerned towards patients than money. He feels for patient and explain very well. And also he will suggest to other good doctors even if you are sufferrring from other problems as well.

I am feeling lucky that undergone surgery with excellent doctor so that it was not repeated for more number of times.
