I booked an appointment for me wife earlobe repair and they charged Rs 1000 for consultation which I think is the highest in the market. When I went to the clinic I was asked to meet some lady who will check the patient. I asked where is Dr Hari, they said he is in surgery, but it's fine we will look into this. At first, I felt very bad because I had paid Rs 1000 to see an MS Dr but here a simple receptionist type of lady who was checking my wife ear and then finally suggested it will cost Rs19K for preparing both the ears, I said I will pay 15K and she agreed. She gave me appointment for next week and when I was about to leave she asked me to make the payment today itself, I said I will make payment on the day of treatment and I believe this is how industry runs in whole wold. No Dr will ask you to make payment 8-10 days in advance to make little surgical treatment. However when on the day of appointment I called them to check if Dr is available or not because today I have appointment, same lady who had given me appointment, picked up the phone and now she told me that Dr is not available and he is busy with other surgery, when I said today I have appointment then she replied that because I did not make the payment at the time of appointment so there is not guarantee if Dr will be available or not on the given appointment....It was disappointing listening this and finally I dropped my idea to see this Dr again.

Good doctor .Patient friendly , listens carefully and understand the problem .

Honest and Never hype .I have consulted for Burn scar and Doctor clearly explained to what percentage can Laser treatment remove the Scar .100 % Satisfied .Supportive staff .
