My scapula and shoulder pain that could become a chornic degenrative condition was successfully mitigated under her care. After having knocked on doors of professionals in the city, for weeks without any effective resolution or relief, I found Dr Shruti in my neighborhood clinic via Practo, the real help was waiting right around the corner. Indeed a lifesaver. Like they say life comes to full circle. I am back to my daily routine, having almost forgotten the pain in little time. I thank Dr. Shruti, and practo for connecting us!

I was suffering from severe back pain when I went to visit Dr Shruti. I was unable to work for even 30 mins straight and had trouble doing day to day tasks. After starting my treatment in a month, now I am able to work longer hours and also able to successfully do lot of other activities like walking/hiking.

Doctor Shruti ensured that she explained me my back related issue and was able to identify my root cause. She takes time with your treatment and had a well thought out course for managing my pain. Now I am much more comfortable with my lower back thanks to her and the pain is gone !!

Getting to know dr. Sruthi has been one of the best things during my pregnancy. The prenatal yoga sessions I had with her helped me to be strong and healthy , physically and mentally. asanas and breathing exercises she used to make me do as per my body and mind health that respective day. After every yoga session I used to leave fresh and energised. After I started yoga in my 5th month of pregnancy I have been so healthy and fit , this physical strength made me to stand strong during my delivery and post delivery too. One month post delivery now I am back healthy and positive. Thanks to dr Sruthi for her curated yoga sessions that helped me lot … waiting to join post natal sessions with her… Heart fully recommend her prenatal yoga sessions for pregnant women.

I had anterior glenoid labral tear and had to undergo surgery for it. Post which i got referred to Shruthi ma'am by my surgeon.

I'm happy of my progress over weeks of physiotherapy and mobility movements. it felt like impossible as my arm was completely frozen and ma'am patiently explained every day about the progress and she kept asking and refreshed my memory of our progress. She patiently kept explaining of all the movements and made sure I had knowledge of what muscles are being worked out that day. I think this is something which helped me feel less anxious as i was educated well by her.

She was more enthusiastic about the recovery process than me and i could see that in the rate at which my arm was healing back. I would definitely recommend her for any physiotherapy or sport's rehabilitation program.

Suffering from back and leg pain from past 3 months.My friend referred DrShruthi. She is highly professional , excellent and friendly.She assessed my situation and started treatment with stretching and strengthening exercises.I made excellent progress during my sessions and was given a home exercises to follow on my own. I am able to do everyday tasks without the pain I previously had .Every one of my questions was answered thoroughly and she was always close by during the therapy sessions to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. As we asked few more details about patient condition or measures to take for control, he suggests to pay and consult another doctor sitting in next room. And when we asked about some pain in muscles at night which is common in diabetics, he suggests to pay and go to other doctor sitting in another room. * **** **** * ******** ** **** **** *** ******* ***** *** ***** *** *** *** ************** If he or his team reads this, i sincerely request Dr.Shyam to think from patient perspective and how bad we feel when you show no interest in atleast listening to us *** **** ******* *** ************ ******** * Hope atleast they change or some other reader knows about what's going inside this clinic!!! I want to post this anonymous because i sometime may be forced to visit them as in my area there is no near by hospital and if my parents

had any emergency, no matter the cost i HAVE to go here.

I just want to thank you for helping me recover quickly from my back pain and treatment you gave me during my therapy sessions. The stretching were very helpful to my physical well-being, my pains are gone and stretching also give me strength.I appreciate your efforts and highly satisfied.

Dr Shruti is very friendly listen to all problems and give treatment.. i had taken 10 days treatment for my shoulder issue i am far better after treatment..she guides for regular exercise to be done which are very helpful.. her motivation made myself n my husband do exercise daily.
