I'm truly blessed to have come across Richa. With her help, I was able to get out of depression and lead a mentally healthy life.

I had so many issues to deal with. Richa created a safe space where I could share everything. Her nature is such that I felt I was talking to a friend. Her understanding about mental struggles is extremely clear. A highly competent counselor who helped me lead a mentally healthy life. Her worksyle is to make sure clients don't depend on her everytime. She made me independent and self-aware with all the necessary tools and techniques and perspectives to lead a sorted life.

I initially consulted with another doctor, a woman who lacked patience and quickly recommended sleeping tablets. After some research, I discovered Richa, who doesn't rely on medication. Every time I spoke to her, she patiently listened and provided guidance on handling situations. After a few months, she expressed satisfaction with my progress, allowing me to connect with her as needed. This affirmation filled me with positivity.

I wish people start taking help by removing stigma only ill people seeks for help.

This was my very first counseling experience and trust me it's worth it . Earlier me and my husband were little apprehensive about how will it affect on our relationship but with each session we saw change in our thoughts and improvement in our relationship as husband-wife and we are still taking the sessions and noticing improvement.

She is very understanding, practical and understands the exact root of the issue. Her instructions are very easy to practice and she guides us wherever we are offtrack .Not only this , her sessions has also helped us to learn how to get peace even during odd situations.

I would recommend people not to stop themselves from sharing their concerns with professional because they are the only one who will give us unbiased solutions unlike our friends and family.
