Dr. Sonal Jain was very approachable and friendly and she enquired about my situation virtually. She then provided me right guidance during my 12-days of isolation for COVID-19 and ensured I submitted her with daily diary updates on my medication intake and symptoms for every few hours such as spO2 levels, heartbeat, body temperature and breathing conditions. She was a great guide and ensured I was aware of what to expect and what step was needed until I tested negative and was out of my self isolation. I highly recommend her.
