TRULY NUTRITION

All the ladies want to loose that annoying flab whenever they see themselves in the trial room mirror, and I am no exception.

Given the info we have,the books,blogs,dietitian advises available,we are loaded with info and often end up eating wrong.

Once upon a time, I was really working out hard but the results were not as expected, I know its 20% workout and the rest is diet.

As per my knowledge "I am eating right" and just blamed the failure on my age etc factors.

Then came the idea of consulting a nutritionist ,I consulted Ms.Asritha Vissapragada, who guided me in the right way.

She is able to assess me where I am going wrong with my food.Initial 2 weeks were boring,with not so good results.

But unknowingly I lost that stubborn weight which I want loose since many years.The greatest help she has rendered is fixing my food cravings with food.Sounds strange right, but its true.

Now I know,what to eat,how to fix my wrong eating etc.After 4 months of consultation she left me in "Maintenance" mode by myself without her intervention.
