*** ******* **** **** ********* * ***********she was asking me for what she should do..and also the other doctor,who did temporary filling for me and had diagnosed my issue was on leave that day despite my fixed appointment with her on that day.so, this lady without any prior information about my case took over for my permanent filling and she was asking me about what happened and why she did my temporary filling.i assumed a doctor should study the case and then come and proceed on someone's body.

The result is that till now I am suffering from pain and I really don't know what and how they filled in my tooth..

I have been to the clinic third time.first time it was okay.. On my second appointment doctor came 1 and half hours late .. I accepted it as doctor was saying that he had some urgent work ..and on my third appointment after letting me wait for 20 mins they told me that they need to reschedule my appointment fr tomorrow as they forgot to bring the report frm lab..and doctor was not available at the clinic as well..I was told that he is in his other clinic..

This is the example of utter non - professionalism ... These people are reminding me d appointment by giving a phone call but neither they are bothered about the doctor's preserve presence nor about the value of some one else time.
