excellent doctor he listen all your queries carefully and prescribed medications after that. i consulted for fever which was not coming down from last 2 days.
I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. He seemed rushed to end the call and didn’t respond to my questions in the chat. Not happy with the consultation.My daughter is suffering with fever from the day before yesterday, I have consulted with him for remediation, but he is telling me to visit a local doctor then what is the importance of this call, my doctor fees gone in vain.
Dr Vignesh understood the problem with my baby immediately and prescribed the correct medicine. he assured that with the medicine my daughter should be alright and it happened so. Most important he was available immediately on my online appointment booking at late hours in the night.
He seems least interested in the video consultation. I had called him regarding the cough of my 5 yrs old daughter. I told him that she was coughing for the last 2 weeks. and I also told him about the medicines I had given her but her cough was not getting cured. He told me any cough which lasts for more than 5 days can be a TB. and asked me to visit the clinic in person. I'm really disappointed with this statement as we all know that children do get cold, cough in the rainy season and infection spreads from school. And usually no cough goes in 5 days. so does that mean everyone has TB? I lost my consultation fees too and didn't get proper advice too. after this I chose to uninstall practo app and will never seek online help .
Very rude doctor. Didn't give any proper advice. He was more interested in ending the call. My baby was crying out of pain before pooping. He didn't advice anything in particular. How can I keep calm seeing my baby crying in pain.
Consulted him for my kid. He answered all the questions. He believes in giving minimum medicine to kids which I think is best about him.
He seems least intrested in this online consultation thing. he barely listens and understands. if I had read other stories that other parents have shared about him, I wouldn't have taken his advise.
Rude behaviour.. Personally not recommended to anyone.. If you ask a question again, they get angry. The first job of a doctor is to satisfy the patient**** *** *** ** **** ******* ** **** ** ***** ****** they should immediately give the prescription and finish it.***** ******** **** ** *** ****** **** ********* I have paid a consultation fee after not answering properly.. Seriously very bad experience with this doctor..
