A simple three step skin care daily bedtime regimen to reduce the dry and scaly feeling on one's face: 

1. Wash your face with lukewarm water and dab dry with a soft cloth.

2. Cleanse - tone- moisturize lotion: 2 tsp of unboiled milk, 2 drops of coconut or almond oil and a pinch (1/8 tsp) of turmeric. Cleanse your face with this and massage the face a bit with a slice of tomato dipped in this lotion.  

3. Leave this on for half an hour and wash the face with cool water and dab dry.

4. Eat a good wholesome diet and drink enough water.  

5. De stress regularly by exercising and doing stretches
