1. Apply sunscreen every day before you go out.

It can slow down skin aging. Select sunscreen which is broad spectrum & water resistant.

2. Don't smoke.

3. Check your skin every day for any abnormality.

4. Use products which suit your skin.

Decide your skin type- oily, dry, normal, combination or sensitive.

5. Resist the urge to scrub your skin.

6. Wash your face  GENTLY at least 4 times a day.

7. Avoid taking stress.
